I forgot to mention a surgeon to you. First, you need an expert surgeon. Someone that is speciallized in adhesions. There are a few of them, but my all time favorite is Dr Korell, in Germany. I went to him Nov 2000. He is a wonderful Dr & a great man. He picked me up at the airport & took me to the hospital. If I could afford to return, I would. My last surgery was Aug 2001. It was with a local DR, since I couldnt afford to return to Germany. At that time, the surgeon said I didnt have many adhesions & he thought that my surgery in Germany did me alot of good. Seprafilm was used the last time. In Germany, intergel was used on me. Now they have a gel spray that they are using. In my case, the last few surgeris are working to reduce the adhesions. I am thinking that if I could go back to Germany, that at some point I would be adhesion free. It cost me about $6,500. for everything in Germany including souviners. The best part was, the surgeries were the easiest ones I have ever had, for the most part, I felt like I was on holiday! If you are anyone else would like more information about Dr. Korell in Germany, feel free to email me personally, or post a message here on the board. robin
