You can try having fund raisers too to help raise money to go. First you will need to send your surgical reports to the Dr. Then if he thinks he can help you, he will give you a surgical date. Actually, the first thing you need to do is get a passport! It can sometimes take up to 3 months. Why don't you email me rmasse2333@aol.com & I will help you get all the information that you will need. Any one that wants informationa about going to Germany can email me.
