caused by surgery. But there are a couple of "classic" exceptions to that rule. One is a PID, and another is a ruptured appendix. I think you should be very concerned about rupturing cysts. We spend a lot of time here talking about the key to adhesion avoidance is surgery avoidance, but if the cysts are rupturing then you are really between a rock and a hard place, because the ruptures are causing exactly the same kind of damage as the surgery does.

There are a couple of doctors out there who are very skilled laporoscopic surgeons, and maybe you should think about consulting with one of them about cyst removal. Because you can't control how much damage an exploding cyst does, but when you say "well the surgery would cause MORE damage" well whether that is true or not does depend upon the skill of he surgeon.
