Thank you for your suggestion, I will be doing a section along those lines. I had a meeting with our local Womens Health Centre and spoke one of the medical staff there. They have invited me to do a 1 pager for the health centre's news letter.
While I was there we jumped onto the site and discussed a range of things to include, I believe your suggestion will fit in nicely ;-) thanks again.
I am slowly getting better I think, I have just been pushing myself just a little too hard, but Shane is getting tough and making me switch the computer off *sigh* so then my pain & I lay awake for hours thinking about the long list I still have to do!
