Please advise on what I can do for help

The pain is beyond anything I have ever had to endure. My doctor will not get me anything for the pain. I feel like there is an obtruction on my lower back and that my intestines & colon are all twisted up in a knot. I am unable to eat solid food because it just sits and creates a fullness that increases my pain. And, going to the bathroom is a huge ordeal.

I don't know where to turn. I cannot find a doctor who will take my pain seriously. I also have endometriosis - which was partially removed in 1999 - the rest was left because my doctor said it had adhered to my bowel and other organs.

What's the prognosis if I don't find a doctor who will help? How do I get them to properly treat me?

It's getting harder and harder to function. There are times when I can't even sit in the bed without being in agony.
