Having surgery next Wed

I went to my surgeon and he ordered a barium enema which of course didn't show adhesions. He did call me and said that my gallbladder is full of calicum deposit's that are the kind that can cause cancer. He said that I have to have my gallbladder out too. He is also going to explore my left abdomen for adhesions, because that is really where my pain is. I thought my nausea and lack of appitite was from the adhesion's, but I now I think that part of it is from the gallbladder. I had a large 9cm tumor removed from the outside of my stomach ten years ago. I think the adhesions are in this place because my pain is on the same side the tumor was. I'm just wondering if adhesions can be wrapped around the surgical clip's they put in. Oh, well, I guess I'll find out Wed. I didn't know about barrier's for adhesions until I came to this site. I asked my surgeon about them and he said that it was a good question and he does use a gel. I can't remember the name. I hope it works for me.

Lot's of pain free day's to all!!!
