I guess when I go to the orthopedic doctor about my osteoarthritis, I should bring up the possibility that adhesions are causing some of my hip and lower back problems. I had surgery on my lower back some 15 years ago and have had trouble with bending and pain in my right hip ever since...how could I have missed thinking it could also be adhesions related after all the time I spend on this board?????
