Dear Raven:

Your info is of value. I have done research, I did have an adhesiolysis by Dr. Redan and Gerhart last March (2001). Successfully! I have all my reports from previous surgeons. I am just concerned as to the liklihood of adhesions forming after bladder suspension surgery. I fear the pain and the medications the worst. Read my long-winded story on the quilt. All my procedures also have been done laparoscopically. I had my last diagnostic lap surgery Sept.21, from a general surgeon I was not familiar with, he was called in as a back-up. He was supposed to have been on a mission in Africa, but because of the terrorist attacks on 9/11 we was unable to make that trip. But I was told I no longer had adhesions then. I am not absolutely positive, because of other reasons surrounding this surgery. Sorry not trying to be vague. I just don't think it's important to share too much on the board. Feel free to contact me privately also. Thanks again. I have two email addresses kcarter706@aol.com or Carter123@comcast.net.

Regards, Karen
