There is a wealth of information in the IAS Archive; and it is surprisingly easy to locate information!! All you have to do is: 1.) Scroll down to near the bottom of the Message Board page.

2.) Enter a keyword or keywords in the search box.

.....To locate messages that you've posted in the past enter either your name or email address as the keyword.

.....To locate messages that will help to expand your knowledge of Adhesion Related Disorder (ARD), enter either of the following names: Beverly Doucette, Jo Eslick or my name.

3.) Scroll down and click: Search Adhesions.

I want to encourage you to begin learning as much as you can about adhesion-related disorder (ARD); so you can become your own best doctor. The IAS Archives and the Links are there to help make it easier for you to find information related to ARD.
