I have chosen more surgery, but, only with an experienced expert on adhesions, Dr Korell, in Germany. The last time he operated on me, he was able to reduce my adhesion by more than 50%. Now with the new spray gel, I expect even better results. My first surgery with Dr Korell, I was covered with adhesions. He used the gel on me. A week later, he went in for the 2nd look lap & found that 50% had reformed. I went home knowing I would have 15-30% reformation. I made the mistake of having surgery locally. The Dr knew about adhesions, & I was desperate. I had seprafilm used, but I didn't get the results I was hoping for. My decission is now only Dr Korell will operate on me. robin
