Dear Kelly, The funnels collect your urine - you pee into them and then it goes into a packet or jar or container in your pocket or strapped to your leg or whatever, but no one knows you are going , I read about them and have been waiting for them to come on the market, but you can make your own. And I'm questioning my sanity telling you guys about this, cause I'm sure to get some wacky answers back. So be nice. Love, Sally
