I know that Helen Dynda recently posted the ASAP web site, so I would suggest that you check the archives for the message board - do a search for ASAP and Helen Dynda, and I'm sure you will find the link. The ASAP site has a link for their "Good Doctors" page, where you should be able to find a pain specialist in your area.
