I just got off the phone with MCI. They have credited my account for $98 because I was never offered their International calling plan that for $2 a month gives me the low rates of .17 or .9 cents a minute depending on the time. Thank you so much for telling me what it cost you. I about dropped over when I saw my bill. Just think how they take advantage of people who don't know any better.
