Hi Ivy:

What kind of stretching exercises do you find helpful? Right now, I'm having difficulty just moving, but I know that soon I'll be better (I hope). I want to find something that will help me. I know that exercise makes me worse, espcially that devil the vaccume.

I appreciate any suggestions that you have.

Best wishes, Clare
