It is entirely possible that adhesions are causing your leg pain. I have pain in both legs, sometimes to the point that I can't walk.

Again, welcome. This is the place to find understanding for what you are feeling. You can rest assured that no matter what symptoms you are showing, someone on here has had to deal with them to some extent at some point in time, and we can each let you know what has or hasn't worked for us to deal with those symptoms.
As for the leg pain, the only thing that I've found to give me some relief is heat. Even that is not totally effective, but it does help some.
