We found the flaxseed oil(in capsules) at Walgreens. Walmart,CVS,Eckerds all
have it.GNS also has it. Flaxseed also comes in seed form. I am hunting that
up as you can also make hot-cold sacks out of it that you can heat up in the
microwave. You use a tube sock...sew each end up after filling it. Then
place it in the freezer or the microwave(2 mins). It provides moist heat and
conforms to any body part. You can also so straps or velcro on the ends to
