Social Security Denials

Dear friends, When you are denied social security, just start the next appeal. It is extremely rare to get it on your first try. They have probably sent a memo out saying "always say no, then maybe they will go away'" LOL I know its not funny, but I know a person who was denied and he had an I.Q. of 45 and could not live on his own and needed help with every aspect of his life. So if they are denying him, who would qualify on the first go around. He had helpers to dress him, people to feed him, other people handle his money, etc. Still, he was suposed to work. At what? His attention span is 2 minutes or less. He can not put together a puzzle that a two year old can do. But, according to them, he can work, maybe manual labor, but someone would have to be hired to stay with him all day to keep showing him what to do as he wouldn't know five minutes later. Go figure. Sorry for the cynicism. Love, Sally
