Meg, That Phospho is horrible!!! I had an awful time with it, no matter what I mixed with it. Add clothespin to nose. I am afraid to eat anything,too. I am at 115 lbs. but I don't know for how long. I've had bowel problems before. On 2 colonoscopes, they had trouble passing scope, they said probably due to adhesions. I had a TAH about 15 months ago, and now the problems are worse. Feel better.
