Connie and Sawnna,
I too have that same feeling. It is caused by rectal and colon spasms from
the adhesions pulling your colon in different directions all at once. I take
ant-spasmotics to help mine. It doesn't completely get rid of the feeling all
of the time but it makes it more bearable.
