Good God what a night you had huh Robin?! I'm really praying hard that your
daughter does not have one itty, bitty, tiny, weeny, adhesion after this
surgery! ") I'm also so sorry to hear that you had a rough night. When I
have a rough night especially after having surgery, I try and meditate. I
set my mind that I'm in my happy place. Of course that's on a nice warm
beach with sun screen. The visualization helps me most of the time. I've
been meditating so much since my surgery and the burning incisions seem to
get to a dull so that allows me to go back to bed and sleep some more. I
