Hi Brenda, I live in the province of Quebec, near Montreal. Where do you live? Thanks for the information you just gave me. I also take a pill a day for the water retention. I didn't name all the pills I take before, don't want you all to think i'm a junkie! I also have high cholesterol and trygliceride but is controlled by pills. Talk to you soon i hope. Odette
