Re: Update on my sister

Believe me, suing these doctors has crossed my mind but to be perfectly honest, I cannot think of bringing a malpractice suit against these doctors. Right now my plate and my sister's is way too full to start the process. My one and only concern is to get her to the best physician possible and all fingers point to Drs. R & R. Once I accomplish that and my sister feels that someone is at least trying to help her, I will feel better and able to move on.

The thing that is really troublesome here is that this doctor has been treating her for 15 years. She had a relationship with him (I mean doctor/patient). Then all of a sudden (so it seems to my sister) when she's in the hospital this past time (May), he doesn't even come up to her room to see her....although she IS his patient!! I think that's what made my sister flip out. She felt totally abandoned and hopeless. But right now our focus is on getting the medical records and straightening out the insurance issues.

Thanks for your support.....you just never know....
