I'm sorry that you have the pain and swelling after surgery! I don't
understand why they said if you didn't have a temp. then you didn't have an
infection. Did they ever try and see why you were having this happen to you?
After one of my surgeries I had terrible pain and I couldn't keep anything
down. Come to find out the fluid they leave in you after surgery didn't go
any place. It's supposed to be sucked up by your inners, but my pocket of
liquid just stayed there and didn't help me at all.
What they ended up doing was putting a tube into me were the pocket of liquid
was and drained it out of me. I can't tell you how much the swelling went
down and how good it was to eat again!
I pray they find out soon why you have the swelling and the extra pain.
