Dear Brokenwing, drink water, lots and lots of it and if you don't "pass" soon, and have a fever please go to a doctor who is an adhesion specialist. It's serious and potentially deadly to have an impacted or twisted bowel. I know you don't like doctors, we all have our stories that aren't pretty, but your life comes first. Please, please don't ignore those important warning signs. If you don't have an adhesions doctor and gallons of water have not made you "go" get to an ER immediately. Please. Love, Sally
