I want to encourage each and every one of you to seriously consider learning as much as you can about adhesion related disorder (ARD). The more you know about adhesions, the more at ease you will be when discussing your adhesion case with your doctor/surgeon.
As a patient you have a responsibility to become educated about your particular health problem. Your doctor cannot be both teacher and doctor; because the healthcare system does not allow enough time for doctors to be teachers too.
