I need help...Again..

I have to go see the Doc this coming Monday and I am going to bring up the
subject of Oxycontin and something for the breakthrough pain. Because I have
to be able to get some kind of relief. Since these last 2 surgeries I'm just
about done in. Can anyone give me any suggestions about bringing this up to
my Doc. What are the usual dosages for beginners, I ask all these questions
because my Doc is 82 years old and not so up on the new things. Any help
will be greatly appreciated. Love, Bobbi
