I am also having problems with my knee caps. My orthopedic surgeon said that exercise and gave me celebrex and Glucosamine 500mg/chondroitin 400mg if it does not get better in six weeks then they willdo an MRI. I am all ready feeling the decrease in the pain with just the meds. The exercises are some that we can do in bed. The dr said that this was caused from my back surgery that was done in December 2000.
