Hello Deb:

Due to the hour and my pain levels, this will be only a short note. I just didn't want you to think that you were being ignored.

My best advice to you is to educate yourself on adhesions, what they are, what they can do, and what to do about them. You have already made the first step in the right direction.

Go to the main IAS page at http://www.adhesions.org and explore. There is some great information available from the Links button, as well as the stories of adhesions sufferers all over the world on the Adhesions Quilt Page. Feel free to add your own story. Also, any specific questions you may have have probably been addressed at some point in time on the message board. You can try doing a search through the message board archives, or you can simply post your questions here. We may not alwasy respond right off, but surely someone will be able to point you in the right direction, or at least give you the benefit of each one's personal experiences.

Good luck, and God bless. Pain-free,gentle hugs,

Nancy in NB
