I was also diagnosed with IBS. I got to where I told the DRs ok, I might have IBS, but, I also have adhesions. I was diagnosed by a gastro Dr. I asked if with IBS I would have pain all the time, he said no. I have pain all the time, so I might have it, but, I suffer from adhesions! robin M
