In November 2000 i had a partial hysterectomy. About 3-4 weeks later, i
started to experience lower back pain (around my coccyx bone). I
thought I had a perinatal cyst on my lower back. The doctor check twice
and said no way. I went through a 10 months of agony (unable to sit or
lay). I got pushed from pillar to post from one doctor to the next. The
doctor who did the surgury stated that there was no way that it would be
adhesions from his surgruy and they wouldn't be back that far anyway.
Finally I got a female GYN doctor to do lapcroscopy surgury to see if
they could find the cause. Low and behold there where a lot of
adhesions inside. Not a pain in my back since that time. Thank GGod. I
pray that anyone who supects adhesions will get a second opinion.
