A couple of months ago, someone wrote that they didn't have any more pain because of a product called Advocare. I am on that product & had been on it several months ago at the begining of the year. I still have pain, but I think if someone got releif from it great! It is a multinutrient Dietary Supplement. It is basicly a weight loss product, working on loosing fat & inches, while leaving the lean muscels. I have lost inches on this product. The main reason I am back on it is because of the way it makes me feel. Since I am getting all the right nutritions, I feel better. Physically, I feel better & it helps mentally too. I guess when you are nutritionally sound, it just helps you feel better! Vitamins are kinda expensive, but, it it helps, it is worth it.
