Yes I went to the ER yesterday AGAIN! The pain was just too bad for me not to do anything. And being that my doctors keep referring me from one doctor to the next, and only giving me 10-20 pain pills at a time...I ran out and needed some help.
I got there between 1pm-2pm yesterday afternoon. Had to sit there til 3am before I could get in to see a doctor. At least I had a doctor this time in the ER that acknowledged my pain and understood what I was going thru. I BEGGED him to help me, and he said he couldnt. But we talked for a good hour on everything that I have been going thru. I told him about the Spraygel in Germany and he told me to write my congressman and try to get them to get it to the US faster... That is my task for me to do tomorrow. Today I wrote a LONG email to Montel Williams show, begging for him to help us and maybe have a show about adhesions and all of us suffer'ers. I also gave him the URL for this forum...And the URL for the Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week coming up. Hopefully he will put something together for us. If nothing else, maybe he can help me get in touch with the adhesion specialists in NewYork, since there is none on the West coast where I am <California> And since we cant afford for me to go there, being that I cant work, and now my husband cant work because he has to stay at home and take care of me and the kids.
