Hi Everyone,

Home from our one day trip to Sydney for my surgery follow-up. My doctor is very happy with how things are, there seems to be little sign of any adhesions... perhaps a little on a couple of spots surrounding the vaginal vault, but much better than prior to surgery.

My bowel is the main issue for me, it isn't working very well, something that only became a problem in the last few months.

I have to self-catheterise, but I am ok with that because all the alternatives are surgical... of-course!!

I went for a walk along Coogee Beach today, arrr the smell of salty sea air, the shrill of the seagulls and the crashing waves on rocks & the sandy beach...and my favourite a good breeze, white sand blue sea and sky. It was very rejuvinating!

I will catch up with you all again soon, Love & warm gentle hugs,
