Thank you for writing to the Oprah show, you are right, the more people who write, the better. I was wondering if you would be interested in helping us with our "Letter to the Editor" campaign. We have all been writing to the editor of our local newspaper outlining the conditions, disadvantages of our illness and highlighting "Chronic, Invisible Illness Week" from next Monday 23rd September to 29th sept 2002.
If you manage to get your letter published, please scan the published article and send the jpeg file to Anthea Nesbitt her email address is: nesbittan@yahoo.com or if you don't have access to a scanner please email her & ask for her snail mail address.
These letters will then be used to help us gain leverage to get articles published in larger newspapers and magazines. Once we have a good coverage in the print media it will make it easier to approach Radio & television programmers and directors.
