Telling our doctors about supporting each other - to Debra & Lori

Dear Debra & Lori,

I just want to say that if you talk about your participation on this board and any others on the Internet in a positive way, your doctor should have no problem with that!

I am always careful about what I say in respect of the information I have read about treatments, diseases and complications for example, BUT I do most definitely tell them about our interaction and support for each other.

It always helps to let the doctors know you are taking positive steps to help yourself. I am not ashamed of the interaction I have with fellow adhesions sufferers here or on bombobeach.com nor should you.

If they are interested and ask for the web addresses, give the URL's, because it shows your doctor is interested in you and cares.

Love & warm gentle hugs, Jo
