Can scar tissue result in squeezing of arteries

My uterus was removed in 1976 when I was in my 20's. In 1996 I had a complete hysterectomy to remove a small benign tumor on the ovary. Once in surgery my OBGYN discovered that scar tissue had caused my internal organs to be grown togeter and my intestines were attached to my backbone. I never had the nausua or any other symptom I've read about other than lower backaches when standing for long periods of time. I had a vascular study done yesterday that revealed upon walking uphill I lost all blood pressure to my right leg. My question is...could it be possible that the scar tissue has once again fused my organs together and may be squeezing an artery in the groin area where I have the most pain instead of having a blockage in the artery. I didn't find anything on the internet that said this was a possibility.
