which type of doctor will be the best for adhesions???

Should I see a gastrointerologist or a gerneral surgeon or a gyn, about
my stomach problems, i have bowel problems and I have pain below my
right rib across to the left and mid left side and lower right side. The
upper right quadrant gets sharp pains like muscle spasms. I can't
explain it......Please advise.
