Germany - Surgery

I am starting to get money together for surgery in Germany, and need to
find out how I can contact the doctors there, to find out exact costs,
etc. with everything. Someone send me some information about going,
but I wasn't sure if there would be accomodations for my mother, who
will go with me. Also, I guess I have to talk to the doctors over there
to find out how to set it up. My brother is doing a fund raiser for me,
and he wants me to find out exactly how much money I need to raise, or
as close of an idea of the cost as possible.
