Judy,
I was put on anti-depressants last year. The Drs.
wanted to treat my depression caused from the pain but
not the Pain! I was prescribed elavil & effexor. After
taking these for months & going to counseling to deal
with the pain, I weaned myself off of them. The drugs
& counseling did NOT help my pain. I felt even more
depressed while on them then I did without them.I hope
this info. helps.
Take Care,
Rita
