Dear Judy, I had been thinking about you & wondering how you were doing. Most of my laps took about 2-3 days to recover from, but you need to take it easy for a couple of weeks after that, just to make sure you heal well. As soon as possible after surgery, you should get up & walk around. This will keep things from sticking back together. You ned to walk off & on during the day. Adhesions start to grow with in 30 mins of surgery & up to 7 days after, so keep that in mind as you walk, you are reducing the chance that adhesions will restick everything together. I hope everything is going well for you. robin M
