Dear Kel...I understand what your saying about seeing some long term results..as far as the spray gel and surgery in Germany are concerned.. And you are probably right we really dont know anything about the long term..concerning the success of the spray gel/with surgery... But from what i have heard so far..Like Helen .D. and now Jo..and Lisa, and others too...im most definitely wiling to try..ive had surgery twice for the adhesions..only to be back in far worse pain..and completely disabled again..within weeks of the surgery.. But Look at Helen D and Jo from Australia and Lisa..all of them have had pain free months..(SO FAR) and i only got a few weeks without pain.. So to me it would be worth it if i only got a few months with less pain..to have a little of my life back..to run and play with my grandbabies..to have some intimacy with my hubby etc..then if after those months it does come back..which i dont think it will..then hey ill go on and search for a new plan.. as things are right now..all i have to look forward too is my next pain appointment..to get my drugs so i can even exist.. Wouldnt a couple of months or even a year be worth it to you..it most definitely would for me.. Hugs and Love Tish
