I have all of my reproductive organs and they apparently work fine. I have a "rugae" cervix. My Dr. reported that after my laparoscopy. Basically, it means that my cervix is not smooth like it should be. I also have a tilted uterus. I think it moves around. My cervix makes it difficult for sperm to get through and if any do, then they have to land on the moving target!!!!!
Still do not have a diagnoses as to why I'm not pregnant. My RE calls it "unexplained infertility". I believe that adhesions could be the cause or something related to fibromyalgia. Mechanical infertility is actually the number one cause. Adhesions and endometriosis fall under this category.
I have lived with chronic pain most of my life because of fibromyalgia. Fortunately, I have a very understanding husband. I'm not on any pain meds because of trying to conceive. I'm sorry your husband doesn't understand.
