The stuff in the green bottle is magnesium citrate. During my worst bowel movement days my GI doc had me drinking the stuff regularly. Put it in the fridge for a few hours before drinking it. It tastes a little like lemon lime soda. Don't get the cherry flavored one. BLEH!
