This issue is really clogging up the message board.... Kath my friend, Cindy can't increase her font size because she uses web TV and doesn't have the same ability to manipulate things the way we do on a PC. That is why Cindy types in caps, and we have all accepted it.

Thanks for trying to help, it is appreciated, but we have been through all of these things before.
