Dear Brenda:

It is soooo good to see you posting again. I was hoping you'd keep fighting :o)

I'm not on any disability (I'm self employed) but I have the name of a very successful disability lawyer here in TO, who perhaps might be able to assist your lawyer. The firm only deals in disability issues, and the principle lawyer is a physically challenged woman. This firm may know of a precident. I would be more than happy to give you the info on this law firm. Please feel free to email me personally at any time.

You go girl!

It's nice to hear that you are getting some help with your pain. I wish you painfree moments, hours and days. Clare
