Hi I had a laparotomy to remove bowel adhesions in Sept and I've just
read my operative report and it states that there was some adhesions on
my cecal valve and that they also sewed up my "rectal sheath" can anyone
tell me what that is and why it could need sewing or is it something
that would just need sewing after a laparotomy? I was having some pain
in that area and that's why I ask......thanks for the help!
