Hi I totaly agree with Lynn, you need to call your Dr. and notify them what your pharmacist said and how you need something for brekthrough, so he's just going to let you go without extra help because of his opinion? I see alot of people on two opiates at a time so what would be the difference? The reason he wants you on the other for breakthrough is because it contains an antiinflamitory that is vital to the info, dont lie down on this hon call your dr office immediatly.
