A Reminder About Including Your Home Address or Telephone Number in Posts

To our members and visitors to the IAS Board.

We are delighted you stopped by to say hello, chat with an old friend, learn more about Adhesions and ARD or maybe you've just been sitting quietly in the background reading the posts to gain support and strength to deal with the issues of Adhesions and ARD.

I wanted to take a moment and remind you that when submitting a post to the IAS Message Board we ask that you do not include your physical address (home or work) or your telephone number. Please direct individuals to contact you privately by email, away from the message board, for this information.

At this time, we do not moderate each message before it is posted. In the future, messages with home addresses and telephone numbers may be deleted and you will need to repost your message.

While there is enough SPAM in the world, we would not want your personal information, such as where you live and your home telephone easily accessible for someone who may stop by with not so good intentions. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
