>>Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well and had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I have a couples question if any one can help me out.

>>First I would like to let you know that I had sent the "letter" to the Governer of Wyoming and the Senators. The Gov. forwarded it to the department of health. And he says that there are no programs for our issues right now. He did offer to help find a doctor that specializes in ARD. YIPPEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! May be now I can get some needed relief. He also said that for the Social Security part, the changes need to be made at the Federal level. I did send this to the Senators and Reps. so I will keep you posted.

They believe it will cure me since my uterus is stuck to the abdomianl wall and omentum. any suggestion to help me deal with them? I know they mean well but they just don't know what I go through daily. I hide it as much as I can when they are around.

Linda, >>Be careful! Adhesions are your body's natural defense. Every time you have surgery you create more adhesions. Each time the adhesions find more to adhere to. I have pictures from my surgery last December and it looks like a spider was let loose and tried to fuse all of my internal organs together. I have very few left because of my surgeries though. The Hyst. started it all in 93, then a bowel resection and appendectomy in 97, then bowel obstruction and gall bladder removal in 01, and another lysis of adhesions in 02.
Surgery is surgery. The surgeon that did my work in 97 was skilled and arrogant. He told me I wouldn't have the problem again so when the symptoms came back I believed him when he said it wasn't the same thing. Fortunately now I have a surgeon who is honest and not full of himself. He explained to me that there is no way to guarantee that the adhesions won't come back. Your body will scar that is what it is supposed to do. For some of us it just doesn't seem to know when to stop. Question: Did you need a hysterectomy for endometriosis? I am wondering if the clues were there all along but we didn't know what to look for. For example, I needed the hyst because my cycles were so heavy. My body would create excessive amounts of endometrial tissue just like it creates excessive amounts of scar tissue now. >
