Hi Everyone, I have had a week of diarhea followed by some severe constipation for 2 days, with only hard little stools coming out. This is a first for me. And I am afraid to push too hard. And I'm afraid to take a laxitive. Basically I'm afraid to do anything. Any suggestions? Heather
